The Heart of Our Life Together
At Redeemer, the Lord's Day is the heart of our life together. Sunday worship is not simply another event on the church calendar; it is the primary gathering of God's covenant people to meet with Him through the ordinary means He has appointed. As we gather, God speaks through His Word, strengthens His people through the sacraments, and draws us together in prayer and praise.

The Regulative Principle
Our worship is shaped by what has historically been called the Regulative Principle of Worship. Simply put, we believe that God Himself tells His church how He is to be worshiped. Rather than designing our services around changing preferences or cultural trends, we seek to order them according to the pattern and priorities given in Scripture.
-
Simple, Reverent, and Christ-Centered
Because of that conviction, you will find our worship to be simple, reverent, and centered on Christ. Scripture is read publicly. Sermons are expository, seeking to explain and apply the meaning of the biblical text rather than using it as a starting point for other ideas. We pray together as Christ's body, confess our sins, sing God's praises, and celebrate the sacraments as Christ has commanded.

The Sacraments
We believe baptism and the Lord's Supper are more than symbolic reminders. They are means of grace through which God confirms His covenant promises and strengthens the faith of His people. They are received with reverence, joy, and thanksgiving.
-
The Gift of the Lord’s Day
The Lord's Day itself is a gift. It is God's gracious provision for worship, rest, and fellowship, a weekly reminder that our lives are ordered not by the demands of the world but by the kingdom of Christ.

What Visitors Can Expect
If you have never worshiped in a Presbyterian church, we understand that some aspects of our service may be unfamiliar. We strive to make our worship accessible without compromising its biblical character. You will not be expected to know every response or understand every element immediately. We invite you simply to come, worship with us, and see how God has cared for His church through these ordinary means of grace for generations.
